During beach surveillance periods, the first-aid post is equipped with a defibrillator.

The Grand Large beach is located opposite the Côte Vermeille car park on the way to Canet Sud.
To make the sea accessible to all, the beach is equipped with a number 5 first-aid post during the summer season.
The station is adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a shower and changing rooms, a treadmill and a tiralo for access to the water.
It is also equipped with a defibrillator.

Swimming is supervised from 7 June to 7 September, every day from 10.30am to 6.30pm.
