Lydia beach in Port-Barcarès owes its name to the sunken ocean liner that sits on the beach. The first-aid post is equipped with a tiralo and a defibrillator.

PLAGE DU MAR ESTANG

The Mar Estang beach is located opposite the road to St Cyprien and the Mar Estang campsite.
To make the sea accessible to all, the beach is equipped with a number 8 first-aid post during the summer months.
The station has been adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a shower, a roll mat and a tiralo for access to the water.
It is also equipped with a defibrillator.

Swimming is supervised from 29 May to 28 September, every day from 10.30am to 6.30pm.

PLAGE DU PONT TOURNANT

The beach is equipped with a channel, showers, toilets, disabled toilets and a drinking water point. Car parks all along the beach (chargeable in July/August). Dogs not permitted.
Facilities: beach with Handiplage label.
Disabled access with tiralo (seat with 3 wheels and 2 floats on the side) and mat allowing wheelchair access approximately 3 metres from the water's edge.
Steep gradient (there is an immediate drop-off).
Supervised beach (post no. 4).
