In fine weather and in all weathers, it's great to plunge into the 38° or 39° water of the two outdoor pools. The temperature of the water insulates you from any chill in the air. When you come out of the bath, the sensation of gentle warmth lingers for a few minutes.
The two outdoor baths (the old washhouse and the new pool) are complemented by two antique tubs carved from granite blocks. They are sheltered by a small building enclosed on three sides.
After prolonged physical exertion, an hour's soak in the water at the Dorres baths will get rid of any aches and pains.
