Located on the Haut d'Espoey between Tarbes and Lourdes, this family-run restaurant serves generous, gourmet cuisine concocted by passionate chef Pierre.
The dishes are different every day, so there's no set menu, just the inspiration of the moment and the desire to help customers discover new flavors: poached eggs with pumpkin cream, duck parmentier, truffle purée, fresh verbena panacotta with strawberry coulis?
On Saturday lunchtimes, La Halte transforms itself into a "bistronomic" establishment, offering refined dishes as beautiful as they are delicious: truffle purée, guinea fowl ballotins, low-temperature boletus stuffing with carrot mousseline au siphon.
